Wendy's - Sevierville

This Wendys is pathethic, food is always cold, workers are always hateful. False advertisement because they want to upcharge your meal to a large everytime. They should not upcharge unless it's asked for especially not when a person specifically says small when they are ordering.

Absolutely the rudest people ever. They close the dining before it’s supposed to as your walking in. Because they don’t want to deal with the group however these workers stay on. And this group cleans after themselves and helps to make sure it’s clean for them even offering to sweep and wipe the tables down. Who in their right mind treats a person with such disrespect. A little boy was coming to get a treat to celebrate a public speaking event. A 9 year old mind you. Corporate will be involved. .
