I ordered my mail on the app. I came in to pick up my order The girl behind the counter says well I never got an order on my computer and I can't refund your money. I told her I want my food ask her how I have to go about getting this corrected showed her my order on my phone where it showed paid. She said she has no clue what to do or what I've got to do I ask for a manager's phone number she gave me the phone number somebody that don't even work at Subway. Unable to give me any kind of information of how to get my money back or to get my food and totally does not care. Worst experience ever
The service and quality at this subway has improved drastically in recent months. Rose is always friendly and helpful. She takes great pride in being neat and I have also noticed her taking extra time to train new staff members. Until the recent changes I have been skeptical about visiting this location. Now I seek it out.
Did an online order this evening for three footlongs. They were ordered correctly however they were not made correctly. Only one had the correct condiments. They were not toasted as instructed. They were three people working with only two in front of us. Looked to be no manager to speak to.
Been numerous times recently and the store is always closed. No matter the time of the day. People are in the store working but the front door is always locked.
