Arby's - Sevierville

The food was good, but the dining room was very dirty. The tables had not been washed off and there were food and drinks spilled on them. The beverage depensor area was also a mess with pop spilled everywhere. Not sure how busy they were, but there were only a few families there when we arrived.

The interior seating is now open and the space is clean and well-maintained. They offer a new Philly-style sandwich that is quite tasty. However, the cashiers could use a bit more familiarity with the menu. Overall, the new additions are a positive change.

This is our go-to spot when heading to the Smokies. The food is always delicious, the ambiance is well-designed, and the service is excellent. Today, the restaurant was bustling due to the holiday weekend lunch rush, and the assistant manager not only handled the register but also managed food orders. She did an outstanding job and definitely deserves praise!

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere. The drive-thru was secure, so I decided to go in and place my order instead. The wait was quite reasonable. I ordered the French Swiss diving sandwich with curly fries and a drink. The sandwich was quite sizable, almost like a little pony! Everything was perfectly prepared, and the service was friendly. Overall, it was a great experience!
