Dolce Arte - SESTRI LEVANTE

While living in another city, when I am in the Sestri Levante area, among all the bars and pastries that there are, I choose to stop here because they make the most good brioches ever eaten in my life and the owner is very kind in satisfying my astruse requests (stained soy latte tiepido with cascade coffee). So I began to serve myself frequently for small cakes or for ceremonies, last Sunday my son's communion cake: a true goodness! I have always done great figure bringing their cakes to friends also for the fantastic opportunity that offers the owner to print the waffles with custom designs; I still remember the ecstatic face of a family to which we brought a cake covered by the drawing that my 5-year-old son had made of their home and of them that give his hand. In the summer they produce an extra bean: the artisan ice creams on stem: delicious, huge and economic. Come on!

Cake for my son's birthday...dir bella is dir little... and the surprise even more pleasant was to eat it...a very delicate flavor, not surprising..... very satisfying
