Bad service, bad coffee. Don't know if something went wrong when I was there but everything seems so unprofessional. Staff in mood like they are waiting for death penalty....

I've ordered 3 Panini and instead I became 3 coffee which I had to pay. I wanted a croissant with mozzarella and became one with ham which I had to pay as well. They don't speak a word of English. Tastes bad , it's dirty and they are unfriendly. Just don't go there. I would rather keep on starving then eating there once again.

This is the place we go to for lunch after making the rounds at the Outlet. They have great pannini for take out, but also a restaurant section with interesting and tasty options. Judging by the number of Italian patrons, they are doing the right thing. This time we had their wonderful black rice salad (vegetarian) with smoked salmon; just what the doctor ordered on the hot day we visited. Service was satisfactory.

We liked this place very much. We popped in for a coffee while shopping and decided to have some lunch. We ordered lasagne and a bottle of gavi di gavi. Both of which were inexpensive and delicious. Yes, this place is primarily a coffee shop but if you want a really good home cooked italian meal and some quality cheap wine this is a great choice.

Spent 5 hours at Serravalle designer outlet centre, and needed refuelling. This cafe met our need. Coffee was good and mini foccacias were delicious.
