Serpentine Roadhouse

The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing on Sunday evening. The waitress who took our order lacked basic customer service skills and made us feel like our order was a burden. Our food was carelessly tossed onto the counter, and the spring roll we ordered looked like it had been flattened by a truck. Upon leaving, we discovered that part of our order was missing. When we returned to retrieve the missing items, we received no apology or even a smile. Overall, the experience was lackluster. Despite being long-time patrons, we will not be returning in the future.

The staff at this restaurant are fantastic. My friends and I visit every other Friday morning around 1:30am. I always call ahead to order our favorite dishes. The salad rolls here are the best we've ever had, and the staff is incredibly friendly. A perfect 10/10 rating!

Great coffee, fresh food, value for money, friendly service clean amenities. Definitely worth the stop!
