I don't even know where to start. Order placed today on the @deliveroo website. Order expected with delivery at 7.55pm. At 8.04pm we call to find out where your order is since the application said it was delivered but we discover that the order hasn't even left. We call back at 8.25pm the girl tells us that our order is ready but the rider hasn't returned yet but is on his way, a matter of 2 minutes. We call back at 8.40pm, the order is still there ready, already glued, and delivery is now scheduled for 9.00pm Finally the order arrives at 9pm, completely cold. Now I wonder how we do it? The justification given is that this evening they have no riders and therefore, perhaps, it is appropriate not to carry out dedicated promotions.
I ordered takeout through Glovo. First of all, the time they declare is false, they put 15-25 minutes of delivery from the moment you order to entice you to buy from them and not from the competition, in fact the actual delivery time was 1 hour and 10 minutes. But if it had just been a problem of delay (because according to the girl who answered the phone they only had two couriers tonight) I would have said well it happens too bad that the food that arrived was a total mockery. Pork baozi: raw, hard as rocks and still half frozen Ramen: cold, low in vegetables and with a piece of pork just hard as a rock. Spring rolls: so small I don 't think they can be made by human hands, maybe they put them together with tweezers. Rice dumplings: They would have been good if they weren 't glued together. Meat ravioli: cold After receiving this massacre 40 minutes late, I decide to call the restaurant to complain to them and the very cute girl who answered me decided to tell me that the baozi can be heated and upon my further complaints she decided before putting the phone on mute and then putting the call down and denying subsequent calls, if she or her manager had even just apologized and proposed valid solutions to resolve the issue it would have gone differently. Ah, I decided to order 40 euros worth of stuff (yes, it 's expensive as well as low quality) because it 's my birthday and unfortunately I wasn 't able to go out to dinner tonight, so thanks for the ruined birthday dinner, I hope you close for always, not so much for the low quality, but for the extremely high rudeness. EDIT: I was about to forget that on glovo they come out with the name Dim Sum Baozi artisanal etc etc It 's nice to have to use another name because otherwise people won 't order from you, obviously you 've done too much damage, well done.
