Buona pizza
I ordered takeout for 8 consecutive Tuesdays, for 4 to 7 people. Almost never on time, always done 15/20 minutes early or late, sometimes wrong drinks. Last time a kebab sandwich arrived all crushed, with raw meat, mostly all nerves. I send a video on WhatsApp and they agree to resend another one, but it arrives after no less than an hour and a quarter, and again with raw meat! Unfortunately this mistake, together with the first ones mentioned, cost you a regular customer.
