Very disappointed at the quantity of mutton biryani I ordered on 15.12.2023, I used to order a lot but there's a drastic change in the quantity, when I addressed that I got half plate of biryani instead of full, they told that it was full plate and they are not very helpful in these matters. A restaurant guy came and told that this is the right quantity although definitely its not& doesn't acknowledge their mistake. Baidyabati branch highly disappointed this time. The manager didn't communicate the address clearly to the delivery boy and the delivery boy misbehaved over the phone. The manager even was very rude and charged extra delivery fee. It was very insulting and Iost my favourism from the hotel. Service: 1
