Vegan Beyond - Seoul

I love Vegan&Beyond! Not only do they have delicious food, they carry so many vegan goodies in their grocery section! The quiche is always my favorite and all the desserts I’ve tried so far have been amazing. The space is gorgeous and I absolutely think it’s fantastic that they host community classes and open it up for local artists to showcase their work. Carnists who might never otherwise step foot in a vegan restaurant attend a workshop and get introduced to veganism in a warm, inviting space. It really is a wonderful place. It is a really cute caffe with a big book selection (both English and korean) but eating is a little too expensive for me, which is totally subjectiv! the load has a lot of great tasty bites to also check!

I have been ordering from them for over a year now and have to say this is the some of the best customer service that I have ever received. We have never been disappointed with any of the luscious fares that we have been delighted to taste. Not only are they mom approved but they are toddler approved and with critics like us—they deserve the 5 stars. We are American and have been in Korea just over a year now. Our almost 4 year old has a severe dairy allergy and cannot have anything that is even processed in a dairy facility. Quinn has been my hero double checking that anything she sends, that is not made with her own two hands, is from a dairy-free facility for us. We are coming up on the 2nd birthday for our toddler here and are on the 2nd year of her making the dairy-free cupcakes. We have had to double our order from last year with all the requests from the grown-ups. I have personally tasted everything that Quinn has sent us and there has been more than one dessert that my daughter has missed out on. Over the holidays I was so happy that I could order some stollen and wine to give as gifts. The compliments we received over them were wonderful and more than one friend asked for the website. My daughter was not left out at meals because we had some wonderful shepherd’s pie, chocolate milk with marshmallows, and her own slice of pie with whipped cream. This made her day since she could eat with everyone else and we didn’t have to worry about cross-contamination since everything was personally made by Quinn. We have recently enrolled our daughter in a kindergarten and although it takes a lot of planning we are able to get wonderful goodies from Quinn so our daughter doesn’t miss any of the fun snacks or treats they have at school. I love how open Quinn is with what she is capable of and when she is trying a new recipe. The communication is important when you are making custom goods as everyone has different expectations and Quinn’s is excellent. Updated from previous review on 2022-04-29

I ordered delivery through the Shuttle app also available on coupang eats app). I hope to visit in person soon because the food was delicious! On two separate occasions I ordered and the consistency in taste and quality was great. I wish I could order their vegan sauces/dressings in larger quantities to keep at home!

Update 4/2022: I was finally able to visit in person, and it did not disappoint! My friends and I attended a jazz night and ordered dinner from the menu along with a variety of drinks and desserts. We enjoyed the cheese platter, the cheesy fries, and the desserts the most. There was a very nice wine selection and cocktail menu. The chicken on the chicken and waffles and fried chicken was a little rubbery, so I wouldn't get that again,but everything else was very tasty. I've only been able to order delivery during the pandemic,so I haven't been on the premises. However, once I can get to Seoul, I will be there! The cinnamon rolls and blueberry muffins are my favorite pastries, but there is so much more available! The mushroom pizza and meatball sub are both fantastic. There is a monthly subscription box available, as well as the option to place a grocery order. It is possible to order Oatly milk, Violife cheese, and Naturli margarine.
