Hearth - Seoul

I had a Thanksgiving dinner there, it was a nice dinner.

Sublime neighborhood bistro with Canadian hospitality. The most tender and flavorful chicken I've had in ages. Owner-chef is of a lost breed of true hosts, caring to every detail of the guest. I'll be back whenever I'm in Seoul for the food, atmosphere, value and bonhomie.

Mr. Lee is a gracious and entertaining host. He is Canadian and it shines through. From start to finish the food and company was impeccable. I would recommend this gastronome to anyone and will be back when we are in Seoul again. Amazing!

This place has good food, friendly service, and its very pleasant to eat at. Western foods with a small but varied menu. An extensive wine list. The owner was formerly in the wine business and knows the wines well. There are a couple tables outside under awnings. Dogs are allowed while dining outside. This is the best restaurant we have found for bringing dogs to dinner.
