Sonic Drive-in - Seneca

Don’t get me wrong, I love Sonic. The food is great! But THIS Sonic? DEFINITELY the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant before. And I have gone multiple times. The service is very slow, and when I asked for marinara sauce with my mozzarella sticks, they gave me KETCHUP. KETCHUP!! The workers seem very depressed and like this is the last place the want to be. Also, I found a very suspicious object in my Blast. I thought it was a rock or something, but the flat side of it had a very man-made looking pattern, like it was a chunk of flooring or something. Also, when the girl came out with my friend’s food, something blowed off the tray. And of course I was like about to go get it, but she said, “It’s fine.” THIS is how ocean creatures die!! Littering is NOT OKAY. EVER! It’s safe to say that I will NOT be coming back!

Horrible experience.Abusive staff.I asked for a refund after waiting more than a half hour because I had somewhere to be.When I asked for the receipt showing the refund a guy claiming to be a manger yelled through the intercom and about my, “god damned,” refund.Then a kid apologizing profusely came out and gave me my receipt.What a horrible experience.

Rushed us at the drive through, didn't let us finish, and then retaliated by giving us ice slushies (no syrup). Run by high schoolers.

My mom went there to order a coffee hot and they confused it somehow with a broccoli tot, which aren 't even on the menu. When she tried to tell them that she ordered a coffee. They responded it 's not on the order slip . People know what they order and they tried to blame it on the order slip? This is not the first time this happened. Not this exact situation, but them screwing up an order and saying it 's not on the order slip , or you already paid for it .

Since they don't carry Chicago dogs any longer, I got a regular hot dog and had them add tomatoes, jalapenos, and onions. I then added mustard and relish. It was the closest I could get to a Chicago dog. I was amazed by how delicious it turned out!
