Major League Hot Wings - Semmes

Been holding off on a review to see if things would change. Wings have been consistently soggy the 5 times I've been and no house made blue cheese dressing/dip. Two big requirements to have good wings for me is a crispy outside texture with juicy inside and house made blue cheese dressing/dip. Sauce flavors are good though. Fries are seasoned well but soggy each time I've had them. Side note best spot for wings with a crispy outside and juicy inside is lucky's bar off airport.

Very sad to write this review. We have been a huge fan and supporters of Wemo's for years. Unfortunately the last several times we have chosen to order a meal from Wemo's we have been less than satisfied. To start, the place is filthy (I will attach pictures), the staff is overworked and the wait times are ridiculous. I was told a 15-20min wait time and received my order 43min later. It wasn't the fault of the employees, they were simply overworked. To the owners/operators, you need to hire more help up front to manage the registers, take orders and serve customers. Secondly, you need to hire a janitorial service to deep clean your facility. I will always support local businesses but I expect you to step up and provide me with a service better, faster and cleaner than the big chains. To customers, the food is decent but I would recommend going to Wing Stop 3 min down the road.

I looooove Wemo's! Last time I visited Wemo's, I was just getting fries (which are amazing and can be a meal in itself tbh). But while waiting in line I heard someone ordering a chicken sandwich. I had never tried any sandwiches bc I always get distracted by the large variety of wing sauces to try! But I told myself next time I'll order a sandwich! BOY AM I GLAD I DID! Now Wemo's isn't just a great wing place, but a great chicken place period! I got the Wemo's chicken sandwich, which is made with huge, juicy chicken tenders covered in their delicious buffalo sauce, topped with ranch and dill pickle slices. And as if that wasn't enough, I treated myself to a side of fried pickles which were phenomenal! They use pickle spears, and they serve it with a side of ranch. So. Freakin. Good. Just looking at these pictures makes me want to eat it all over again!

Food was great. Customer service terrible. Cashier was not welcoming. All I wanted was chicken tenders but she charged me for a side and drink without asking. I ended up paying an extra $4 for no side.

Okay I'm from Buffalo,Ny were some of the restaurants has big wings some medium and only a few places has bird wings. I gotten a little homesick one day just thinking about some good hot wings til I came across WEMOS. They have wings as well as chicken fingers when me and my mom ordered some wings instead of the fingers which look like a decent right size I was sad when we gotten home and saw that their wings were like the ones at Howdy Howie pizza's .... Bird wings: which made me think that I should had gotten the fingers it was ok, but not at all satisfying I mean where do they get their wings from? Anyways it was a lesson learn I guess I won't be going back for the wings. Maybe for the fingers though.
