I had always heard great things about Coldstone and how amazing their ice cream is, so I was excited when my boyfriend took me there on Friday, 2/16/24 for the first time. However, our experience was not as enjoyable as I had hoped. The girl taking our order seemed to be rushing us through the process, even though there was no one waiting behind us. I asked her to give me a moment as it was my first time at the restaurant and I was feeling overwhelmed by how quickly she wanted us to order. Unfortunately, the rushed service made for a very unprofessional experience. Despite this, the ice cream itself was delicious. However, due to the poor customer service, I do not think I will be returning to this location in the future.
