What a terrific experience. We ordered through the drive thru and our experience was superb. The attendant was helpful and you could tell the team member loved his job. I had to go inside to used the restroom and get some condiments. To my surprise I saw a man cursing out a cashier and was causing so much confusion and stress. It was none of my business but I had to make it my business. I went over and took the conversation to a place where he got calm. He probably taught I was a manager but I didn’t care because he was trying to intimidate and bully the cashier Theresa and she was very calm in explaining the steps to correct what was wrong. I’m my opinion nothing was wrong, the gentleman saw he could take disadvantage of the ladies and tried his hardest to achieve this. Terry and her team was disturbed and yes his energy was very displeasing but the team stood together and got him out quickly. I want to shout out to the team on 09/29/2023 between 1:00PM-3:00PM. You were a great force that stood together and supported each other in that incident. Thanks for making a difference in what you showed up everyday and do. I personally appreciate you and want you to know you are the reasons why the brand is successful. Keep going forward and continue to go beyond and above even when it is difficult. I hope to stop by again when I am going back to Georgia. My food was fresh and my experience was exceptionally great

The food is very good, delicious but the staff needs more attention in taking the orders. For the third time, I'm at this restaurant in Selma NC. I'm serving at home and checking my order. They didn't send me everything I ordered. I'm missing 3 things. and they charge you, the one who loses is one. Please, I ask for a little more customer service.

The food and the customer service were on point. I ordered the garlic parmesan chicken and a strawberry biscuit. The chicken was hot, and the sauce was delicious. The strawberry biscuit was a little dry, though. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service.They wanted to serve us and didn't make us feel like we were a nuisance for just coming into the restaurant. Service: Dine in
