Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen - Selma

We ordered a family chicken tender meal to go. Got home to realize they did not put the croissants of 6 that came with the family meal in my bag. Called had me on hold for a manager for 20min then hung up. The food was delicious but was not going to drive back 20 min just to pick up. 2 stars for this incident. PLEASE PAY MORE ATTENTION “CHEDDAR’S TO GO EMPLOYEES”. Also, I have a receipt if you would like to still fix this after reading the review.

For the long wait, and everything the food was not so great. It says from scratch but it tasted more like microwave. I was very disappointed, especially for the price. Mayne the quality has gone down, but not sure if I would go again. But this is based off my experience, Mayne others had a better one.

I like Cheddars especially their buttered crossiants, their the best, IF only they had unlimited crossiants like Road House or cheesecake factory with their bread it would be even better than chilis . When I dine in I always get their 6oz sirloin it's good and this time we tried their new cheese fires with bacon they were good highly recommend.

They need to get it together. No front attendant when he finally showed , his lack of customer service shined bright

You should offer a free dessert or something other for birthdays we took our daughter there who is 10 and she wanted to go there for her birthday and I feel the least that can be offered small slice of cake or ice cream or somethingDietary restrictions: They have a glueten free menu
