Coffee Crossing - Sellersburg

Very good coffee and decent price. Drive thru employees were very friendly and helpful.

I stopped here after a long day of yard work. I always enjoy Coffee Crossing as a treat. I ordered my usual drink. When I got to the window, I paid and tipped with my debit card and the girl started to hand me my order. I politely said, oh can I get whipped cream on that please? She looked very strangely and said, in July we started charging .35 for whipped cream, and pushed it towards me. I said, oh ok, a bit caught off guard (because a few days prior I had ordered the same way and the drink was presented with whipped cream , and handed her a dollar because I wanted the whipped cream, absolutely not a problem. I started to ask how I should order it going forward to save the trouble. I got the words, A few days ago... , out of my mouth when a girl appeared from the side to chastise me and tell me I would absolutely be paying for that whipped cream now, and going forward. I politely told her, I did pay for it. She continued to talk, and I simply said, I didn 't really need any further information because I felt really embarrassed that she felt I didn 't want to pay the .35. I had already done so. She kept on and I finally said, I think this will be the last time I 'll be coming here. If I had not been cut off, they both would have realized I was not complaining, but trying to ask a question (A few days ago I ordered this the same way. What is the best way for me to order this going forward because I 've been given it two ways? . Not everyone is trying to be a Karen or scam you. Thanks for ruining a great day up to that point.

The coffee is so good, I woke up early to get it before work! I gave up sleep!!!! That's how great the coffee is! Also, I got a delicious breakfast sandwich this morning. I went through the drive thru and the girl at the register was so kind. I love this place.
