Les roseaux - Seignosse

Our French friends brought us here, I was just blown away , the setting , the food , absolutely perfect. I wanted to try everything on the menu . Our kids are pretty adventurous and absolutely loved it . I would say this has been my best experience of any restaurant , faultless across the board. I will return

This restaurant is in a really beautiful setting and looks the part. We booked in advance for a Sunday lunch. The food was very tasty and cooked perfectly. The set menu was limited but good value so one of us went for that and the other three choose from the al la cart. I didn't want to eat foie gras for moral reasons so they gave me sliced tomato instead. I was happy just not to receive it. Service was slow but relaxed and very friendly and helpful. It was probably the most authentic experience of French cuisine I experienced this holiday and I was glad of that. There is beef and fish on the menu as an alternative to the duck. To gain 5 stars I would have wanted my courses to come a little quicker as my main came after the rest of the family had eaten, and a little more choice in the menu. But overall the experience was good.

Tout est très agréable : décor, cuisine, personnel. Idéal par beau temps pour déguster à l'extérieur.

L'un des plus beau lieu de Seignosse, au bord de l'étang blanc, on y mange une cuisine locale, simple et de grande qualité . On passe de très bons moments sur la superbe terrasse et les enfants peuvent gambader sans risque au bord de l'eau...

Enfin un restaurant avec des produits que l'on ne trouve pas partout: palombes, Sandre, canard , floc de Gascogne en sauce....Les prix sont corrects, le service est bon et la terrasse est très agréable. Bien entendu, les produits sont locaux et les assiettes sont plus que bien remplies.
