Very pleasant hotel in super location, centrally located at the location. we enjoyed half board with which we were very satisfied. the entire hotel looks neat and tidy. the rooms were in perfect condition, we sleep wonderfully. short, price performance fits!

Pleasantly surprised, we would not have expected ... so in a three-star hotel, and this disturbed to take it immediately before you, on the one hand the very good value for money, the rustic festive ambiente (was here in the advent period) and the resulting pleasant atmosphere. this also includes the ideal - but also very quiet location, as almost last house on the main road before the village trip. To get to the famous toy town from here, they have to run just 8-10 minutes. and those, as we arrive in the advents and Christmas time, we guarantee through the festively decorated environment and the glamour of the many earthly shops in the toy village, which are brought into Christmas spirit. the earthly wood art that is in demand all year round has become famous. each year several hundred thousand people flow into the village to enjoy and admire in its extraordinary flair, especially during Christmas time. And so we had presented ourselves a great order, from the unique mountain art of the craftsmen, not even almost as it was. simply unique and beautiful and they should have looked at it once in life. to illustrate the order of magnitude, one should know that due to the many visitors who go on the main road that the “Seiffen Christmas Market” goes along, while this time is completely blocked for transit traffic. but now back to our experiences from a 3-day stay in the “Hotel Seiffener Hof”. as already noted at the beginning, there was almost nothing of us, especially only positive determinations. almost because there are always a few small things that they could make better, and that is also seen differently from everyone and that is also good. Thus, the owner, for example, was extremely tensed and irritated by their diluted (healthy) personal situation and also transferred this dissatisfaction to their guests whose cozy atmosphere naturally suffered and we were not alone with our opinion. here we simply expect more professionalism from the management to their guests. also it is not to be traced that if known that a travel group wants to leave at 09:00 clock, the door to the restaurant opened in time at 08:00 clock and the guests had to wait before the door (as with a cruise ship). and if you are already offered as a service in sanitary items, such as body lotion and shampoo bottles, then I would like to find as a gastically unbroken bottle of my predecessor. then rather not offer hotel cosmetics than service. all the small things I don't want to mention anymore, but for us it has led to a point division. but were much more important for us, the positive experiences, such as for example, that are decorated with a lot of love diligent in detail and thus very appealing “Hotel Seiffener Hof”. our stylish room in the second floor with a view of the parking was so quiet that they could leave the window in the night. it was also very spacious, had a sitting corner with writing and also sufficient deposit possibilities. among the pleasant things was free wlan. in comparison to today's technology, the existing flat screen televisions have unfortunately found something too small. we had nothing to do in the bathroom/shower. a special lobster we can offer for the very comfortable bed with its solid matte and especially for the high quality and pleasant (custom) bed linen. everything spread a certain feel-good atmosphere that continued in the restaurant, with its many mountainous decorations and modern design. the classic pyramidal and flogged arches made for a cozy mood to stay a little longer. also the breakfast buffet with vital corner, do not read a wish open for a three-star hotel and the service staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. In summary, we were with the hotel (personal, room, breakfast, hotel atmosphere / cleaning) and its super location for a visit to the toy city beffen with its Christmas market, "see income" and would each time go to the "hotel beffen hof". we also believe that the hotel has more than just a 3-star quality and we have already stayed in much worse 4-star hotels. So, a (almost) 100% further recommended by us, with taking out the much smaller nots. additional note: mobility-impaired persons should also know that although there is a wheelchair and wheelchair-friendly space in the hotel, the entrance area is only accessible via a staircase. in the event of a heavy baggage, this can already lead to problems, at least for older guests.
