Subway - Seguin

I went there and the line had only 2 cars in it and it took a long time. Well, the lady who came into the window apologised over and over that they were short staff and if I still wanted my order. Frustrated with the delay of waiting already, I said rudely good “yes of course ”. She went politely to my command. Then I noticed that two younger guys are working there, who didn't really help her how they should. She came back and apologized for the delay and said they were from cookies and continued my order. I was in the snake and probably waited about 25 minutes. I was thinking about driving away, but I thought these poor women were trying to handle all orders alone, so I wait patiently. When she gave me my order, she apologized for the long delay and I noticed that she forgot my chips for both sandwiches. I looked at her and told her she really needs to get the other workers to help her and that she can't do it alone. She smiled and put her head down and said I know. I told her thanks for my order and she did a great job. I don't know what her name was, but she was so sweet despite the pressure she was under, and my unnecessary rest. I'm really impressed with her. She did a wonderful job.
