Bidra med feedbackThr staff were more concerned with online orders than the customers in front of them. My order got split between the toaster due to this so 2 were cold coming to eat it, even though we were eating in. They also rushed us to pay before the food was ready with one staff member on the till doing nothing while 2 others were rushing between in person and online orders.
I ordered a tuna salad bowl for my work lunch through the app and picked it up in-store. When I got back to the office, I was disappointed to find that the salad had spinach in it, which I did not order. I also discovered that there were no crispy onions or cheese, which are usually my favorite parts of the salad. To make matters worse, they had put sweet chili sauce on top of the southwest sauce, which was just too much. Overall, it was a total mess and I won't be returning to this Hunts Cross Subway location. I advise others to steer clear as well.
I used the drive-thru at this restaurant. Unfortunately, they did not have any hot drinks because their coffee machine wasn't working properly and had been like that for weeks. The sandwich had the wrong filling but was still tasty. The cookie was stale. I didn't complain because I had already left, but I wouldn't choose to eat there again. The staff member at the drive-thru was friendly and efficient.
Went to buy a cappuccino which they make themselves using milk frother 1st day I had one was really nice and made well, went again yesterday and it was just a milky coffee boiling hot! How difficult is it to learn how to make a cappuccino, it's so annoying when the staff can obviously see before thry hand it to you that it is not right, a cappuccino is not a latte! unfortunately I won't go again as its one of my pet hates.
Amazing service here, I always come to this franchise as I feel the staff are more friendly and courteous. I would like to thank Ray who is always welcoming and a happy spirit. She’s lovely. Call in here, excellent quality and service!!!
