Came here a couple of times for a few beers and a game of pool the last time we decided the eat here, the food took ages to arrive even though the pub wasn’t very busy, I’m not sure how long we waited but must’ve been around 30 45 mins. When it finally came it wasn’t hot like it had been sitting around for a while and it wasn’t tasty. This put us off ever coming here again.

Had nacho starters just ok. Chips advertised as triple cooked with a main meal but we're poor fries. The chicken baguette was dry and lacking in content . Mushy peas with the fish very dry. People using vapes next to eating tables. Sadly poor experience. Hopefully the venues food improves moving forward but sadly won't be returning. Good for sport TV

Good beer and gave a CAMRA Members discount. Food was reasonable good price and average quality. Service a little slow, but was a busy evening. Chuckled when I ordered an Eton Mess for dessert and got asked if I wanted that with custard, ice cream or cream I suppose the tills are programmed that way!!!
