Bidra med feedbackThe restaurant was clean and pleasant. Liam, the barista at the register, was extremely polite and professional. He made me one of the best coffees I have ever had, complete with a beautiful flower on top! I highly recommend this place.
My family and I are regulars at Costa, but I feel compelled to write a review this time due to the terrible service we experienced. Eating at this restaurant is not cheap, and unfortunately, this was the third time we have received such poor service at this specific location. Previous visits were excused due to the busy nature of the establishment, but today was different. The staff seemed more interested in chatting about Creamfields on their headsets than attending to customers. Our food was left to go cold at the counter without any notification that it was ready. We were given no knife or napkin either. The service was truly appalling. The tables were covered in dirty dishes, and we had to move full trays ourselves. Despite the lack of customers at the time, the staff did not seem bothered by the state of the restaurant. We have decided that we will not be visiting this particular Costa again.
I love coming to this restaurant because the staff is always friendly and helpful in recommending items. I wasn't a fan of the new soya milk, but a barista kindly offered me oat milk to try, which was amazing. Thank you!
Good drive thru offering food and drinks, good range of coffees served fast. Ideal for coffee on the go. Thumbs up .
I am regularly with my partner and the staff are helpful, especially stef she always goes the extra mile and great her with a smiling face, the staff always try it best, but not the recognition they deserve, they get the good work x
