Seven Canyons Restaurant Bar - Sedona

Service was terrible, but not because of the servers because they tried! The restaurant was understaffed even though they knew it was Valentine's Day and had booked a full dinner service! No one who greets us! No waiter assigned to our table until we asked 15 minutes later. Food was good, but overall it was not a pleasant experience. Also for evening dinner service, please contact the bright lights!

The place appears very new — service timing of courses was way, way off (too slow by 20 minutes at times, too fast at others). Food was average for the cost. Location and views were beautiful.

We dined twice at this facility for breakfast and lunch the day we golfed. Breakfast was good and very quiet while lunch was packed so we sat at bar for our reservation which was fine. The server was The same and very nice both times, however at lunch my husbands sandwich came out with a condiment it was not supposed to have (Not even on the menu) and he sent back which he hates doing but he doesn’t eat what was on the sandwich. It came back with a new top bun but the same sandwich which still had the Remains of condiments throughout the food. My husband didn’t say anything the second time and barely ate it so they did not have the opportunity to make right the second time since they failed miserably the first. For such an expensive and high end establishment this was really not acceptable.

Service was not very good, waitress couldn’t answer questions. A nice gentleman, not even our server refilled my drink twice and asked us several times if we needed anything. Food was terrible, had the steak, cooked medium to medium rare when I asked for medium well. It had a lot of fat and gristle and not much flavor. Mashed potatoes were average, carrots barely cooked. My wife had chicken Marsala, basically pasta with ketchup with a hunk of chicken on it. Had the butternut squash soup, it was delicious but only warm, not hot. The bread and butter where about the best part of the meal. The views were amazing. There was heat on the patio, and nice fire pits. The place is gorgeous. Go in, take pictures, have a water and get out. They added a 20% tip to our bill, there was only 2 of us, and maybe 10 other people in the place, no need to do that. With so many other spectacular eateries in Sedona, this is a place to avoid.
