Bidra med feedbackThis is a large intimate café/restaurant we enjoyed great breakfast; the menu said to me: “Value for money meals served all day.” it did not say that in so many words, but that is what I translated the dishes in the offer to say. if they are in the opposite, they can be much worse and made clean and fresh to the toilets!
This little caffe, which is fucked away at the old railway station end of the high street is all they want from a small caffe. it is not pretentious, how is the modern trend in these days. it's just all they want from a caffe when what they want is a cheap and cheerful all day breakfast. Although that said they can also get a proper meal with pudding if that's what they love. highly recommended.
I've been coming to this cafe since I was small. It may have changed hands over the years but the quality of service and food has not. The food was lovely, the double bacon cheeseburger was one of the best my partner has had. I had the cottage pie which was piping hot and full of meat. The young lady serving was attentive and so pleasant. The couple cooking were lovely too. Its good, home cooked food within a lovely atmosphere. Its still as good as I remember it from my last visit 12 years ago. It brought back some lovely happy memories. If you are looking for a place for breakfast, lunch, a light bite or just a lovely cappuccino, then come to The Galley in Burnham.
Excellent breakfast, pleasant staff and good atmosphere. Lovely.
The food was of high quality and reasonably priced. The restaurant was very clean and had a welcoming atmosphere.
