Hands down the worst burger I have ever had. They said they could do gluten free and vegan but the burger bun had the texture of sand. It was so hard on the outside and the inside just crumbled like literal sand, it was inedible. I couldn 't have chips because they cook them in the same frier as the onion rings so I had a salad 'mixed leaves, dressing and seeds ', it was literally a few lettuce leaves in a bowl, no seeds as they weren 't considered 'gluten free ' (not sure what type of nuts contain gluten as I eat them everyday), I asked the waitress who told me I couldn 't have the seeds, I showed her how pathetic the 'salad ' was for £3.25 and asked for some tomato 's, she said no. They need to actually taste the food they are serving and consider more dietary requirements for people if they have a GF separate menu as what burger place can 't give you chips. Honest burger puts them to shame

My boys (6 and 7) and I decided to have lunch here for a special day out as the 3 of us, as we have not been able to have this time together due to me being seriously ill. We went into the restaurant, waited at the station for a member of staff to seat us with no success, so we sat at a near table (I cannot walk/stand for long). We then waited at least half an hour to 3/4 of an hour with no ignolagment so I struggled walking up to the bar with my boys. I explained we were unsure about waiting/sitting, with no ignolagment either time, and explained that I have a neurological condition and cannot stand/walk for long. The member of staff said she would personally serve us at the table, after a while another member of staff (who originally ignored us) came to take our order. We waited again for our food and drinks which were good, but by this point my boys were tired, past hungry, upset and fed up. We are what we could and left feeling very disappointed, upset and myself feeling slightly discriminated. We will not be going there again due to this reason, which is a shame as I have heard such great things about the gourmet burger kitchen restaurants.

Excellent service and all the flavours are still there . However the bun and meat portion were smaller and a sauce is extra . Haven`t been there for some time but I don`t forget food I enjoy.

We turned up on a Friday evening with no table booking and got great service. The team they quickly accommodated us, moving some tables to make access easier for me as I use a wheelchair. Burgers, chips and beers were excellent.
