Mogosoaia - Sector 6

It is the kind of place that shamelessly exploits the location. The location is very nice to Mogosoaia Palace. Prices are correspondingly high. But the food for these prices is less than poor. I had the coldest pommes of all time... for 11 Lei (2.5 €). It's a shame. P.S.: And the music! A stupid Beat-Medley of all hits of the 90s just perfect for these potatoes!

Bad service during a lazy Sunday, high prices, simple food, long waiting times, the view is beautiful, but the service and quality very bad...

Short menu, average food, overpriced. I would have expected more care for the cleanliness of the place (no soap at the restroom). The waiter tried to trick us into ordering a very expensive wine. It's a pity you can't enjoy a good meal in a restaurant that is located in such a wonderful place. Something should be changed there, for sure.

The dining experience was a pleasant one prompt service, considerate staff. Don't expect Michelin starred menu quality, but just a decent meal in a pleasant location and atmosphere.

The place is wonderful the old palace of the Brancoveanu family owned also by the Bibescu family is full of history. Now you can visut it and is still fascinating even whitout most of the furniture stolen by the comunists. Almost every week is an cultural event: painting exhibition, sculpture, etc. The English style park was restored to its beauty, ancient trees are still in place and the lake it is still charming. Kids can play, dogs can run and you can barbecur in the designated place by the castle. Enjoy!
