Bidra med feedbackWe have placed an online order and we are informed that our order would be ready in 30 minutes. when we arrived (30 minutes later) I was told that our order had not yet been started, but they would come immediately. I was a little surprised at the fact that there were no other customers at the place to time, but no big thing maybe I just missed the amount. However, I must admit, my geduld wore thin when I waited an additional 30 minutes as I observed and it appeared the girl behind the theke struggled to make my order. we had ordered “Berry happy bowl” and I would best rate it “fair”. the taste was decent, but I was not satisfied with texture, as it was extremely watery/runny. I don't know how to do this myself, but my guess would be that it was mixed too long? whatever was the case, it was not the consistency I experienced in other açaí dishes. In addition to the above, there were other small things that up to a total bad customer service experience. I will just say that most places do not “move” me enough one away or another to take the time to write a review. I went away from this experience that I knew that a Google review was well justified.

Eating was great, but this plastic is shameful. So not organic! can they use karton or paper?
This restaurant has a good concept with unique combinations and high-quality ingredients, but they lack consistency. I have ordered different items multiple times and the quality varies from day to day. The taste can differ greatly and the overall experience is inconsistent. They should focus on improving quality control, consistency, and better training for making hot drinks.
I LOOOVE this place! One smoothie bowl is more than enough food for 2 people! The cashiers are always nice, wonderful and informative! It's a great place that makes the best food! Well worth it for the money! 10/10 reccomend.
