Bidra med feedbackI don't understand why more people don't know about this amazing place. The food was impressive and so very flavorful. It was all made with love. The wine paired perfectly with the dishes we ordered. Vegetarian options: Everything on the menu is either vegetarian or vegan. It included impossible meats and other plant based meats. Service: Dine in
Can't say enough about this restaurant! The food was so amazing it was definitely worth the drive. I could eat those arancinis every day, so amazing! We also had the minestrone, garlic roasted potatoes and the mushroom pasta. All vegan and all so delicious. Almost forgot... the fresh homemade challah bread. You must get this with whatever you order. Everyone working there was so kind and friendly! Will definitely be going back!!
Honestly, we are retired, have travelled the world, lived in the Bay Area most of our lives, eat out a lot, and this is perhaps our favorite restaurant. Though we are meat eaters, they make vegetarian food a delight (great use of mushrooms and artichokes, among other things). They are reminiscent of the French and Italian out-of-the-way gems, the way they are tasty, relatable, reasonably priced, create anticipation/atmosphere, and make you feel at home. The menu varies nicely and yes, they make wine fun not snobby. I fear also that my love for this place is a 180 from what I fear many Bay Area restaurants have become, sort of pretentious wannabe southern European, overpriced with small portions, $17 glasses of wine, 20% mandatory tips and snooty service. We were once producers of farm to table free-range eggs, beef, and milk, and its been interesting to see people take that beyond the relatable (and affordable), the La Bodega Kitchen people have got it all exactly right.
Wonderful little gem of a not-restaurant in Sebastopol. The food was all fantastic and the service was so friendly. We were a huge fan of the cheese plate, and it was clear that they put a lot of thought into curating the perfect blend of local cheeses to feature. We struggle to find tasty meals like this as vegetarians, and we were frankly impressed by all of the dishes. We 'll definitely return next time we 're in the area! My clumsy self forgot my headphones there, and the owner promptly shipped them back to me all the way in the South Bay. Thank you so much for your kindness!!
Fantastic vegetarian and vegan options. Excellent wine selection and the staff is knowledgeable and warm. My wife and I will likely join the wine club next time we go in. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
