The best tea around U-distric. Run by a lovely couple, always super sweet. They also have frozen yogurt.

This is the very best bubble tea place I've ever been to. They use fresh fruit and are totally willing to concoct weird flavors for you! I like a blueberry rose bubble tea with boba. The ruse is a syrup and adds a subtle rise flavor to the blended blueberries. I just rediscovered them after many years away. My 10 year old daughter and I would stop here for boba before her music lesson. They owners are SO KIND, always arriving the boba tea with a smile and gentle demeanor. Such a positive experience! They have had their doors closed for the last month. My daughter and I miss them and hope their family is healthy and well, and that they are just taking a much deserved break.

This was one of my girlfriend and I's favorite places to get boba. The other spots on the ave sort of blend, and while they all serve great drinks as well, this spot just really stood out to me. The fresh fruit lattes were unique, and the selection was diverse. It saddened me deeply when one day we tried to get our usual strawberry lattes to find the doors closed. Thank you for everything! Never ever get Taro bubble tea here. It was not milk, it was just water with taro flavour. When I asked for it, the shop person added more milk but that made the entire drink worst again. Money wasted!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. They are friendly, helpful, and will walk you through the concept of Bubble tea. If you have never had bubble tea before, or just enjoy quality bubble tea, this is a great place to go!
