Umi Sake House - Seattle

New to us, Sushi made with a ..panic influence? Clean, freshly pleasing.

Felt rushed when he arrived and immediately said how fast we had to go. Once everything sat wonderful (and not hastened)

The food was absolutely amazing! We loved everything we got from special rolls to items from the fresh leaf, including our cocktails. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with beautiful lighting, but it was incredibly loud. So loud I could hardly hear my partner over the small two table and several times he had to scream. It was busy and our server did great because everything she cheered, but we had several times where we tried to get their attention to order, or get the check and it was almost impossible. We'll be back for dinner, but just try to go in off-time if it can be less loud and busy.

Neither of us had dined at Umi before and we enjoyed our entire experience! The couch benches were fun, and all the food and drinks were delicious. We did a sake flight and loved that it came with a list to keep track of them.

Amazingly consistent. We are regulars and this is a favorite spot.
