Tawon Thai Restaurant - Seattle

Jai Thai is a great go-to when you have a craving for thai food.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Jai Thai on Valentines Day. We made a reservation for four people, two days in advance, and got a nice high table in the front corner between the bar and the windows. Their full bar provided cold Singha Beer and Prosecco, as well as delicious Lemongrass Gimlets. The appetizer, crab rangoon, was crisp and crunchy with a light, sweet dipping sauce. Our entrees were large portions and came with a choice of brown or white rice — all delicious. We’ve dined at many restaurants in Seattle over the years, and Jai Thai offers some of the best food and hospitality in a cozy, busy, friendly setting.

Appreciated very much them being open Christmas Day, not a lot of other options! Had a reservation and was seated right away. But they were full and understaffed, that they were struggling and unable to keep up. Took about an hour to receive our entrees. Atmosphere was otherwise pleasant, food ok.

I began frequenting Zap Verr very soon after they opened, and I have been a loyal customer since.
