Smith - Seattle

The restaurant has a great aesthetic and delicious drinks card, but eating has quite a lot to wish. we shared three options from the small plates and escape as well as one dessert and the general feeling was that the seasonal was very hit or miss. the poutine with brisket was excellent, but the rest of our dinner options (tuna nikoise and zucchini fritte) were texturous and very spiced. the seasonal pancake was presented confusingly as a layered cake and was overwhelmingly salty.

I've been here many times. this time the steak was a little overgrown and the pommes. still good and a great place to eat. (This is the first time I'm taking him a 3 instead of a 4)

Great service and eat during our visit for Sunday brunch I forget the name of our server, but he was a thin guy with longer curly hair. he was great. eating was fabulous, and the drinks were not too expensive for what they were

I love this place. the only thing I would give them, and really it is not a big thing, is that they have a taxidermy on the walls. a few mounted brainheads and some birds. I don't care that dead animals are staring at me while I eat with my friends. Apart from this small detail, probably unique to me, this is an excellent place.
