Great flavor options, toppings are in individual containers due to Covid which feels safe, and staff here is friendly. Also sign up for the rewards program! Just got a $5 birthday credit which made my froyo almost free.

Very clean and friendly place to grab some tasty frozen treats. I recommend the pineapple, cake batter, and Nutella! It was well stocked with toppings. You gotta be careful because it all adds up quickly when you go to pay.

This Menchie's Queen Anne location is compared to other substandards. It seems that there are lazy young teenagers who work and have no idea or are not interested in the success of this place. Windows are super dirty. Trash containers were filled with available waste products that were discarded by other customers. I'd expect this place to be above the rest. No.

Stop picking up my son. I bought 3 cups and spend $27 there, taste spoiled original taste took them back immediately because we can even eat it. The staff refuses to pay back so I can throw them all away from him. We always haven't tasted that much in another place. Not recommended.

This place is terrible. Unfortunately, my child loves froyo, so we land here more than I want. I never write reviews, but feel compelled to do this because this place has become so bad. Staff are all apathetic teenagers. Often, when we enter the store, nobody is in the register. We can see that someone is in the back room, and they can definitely hear us, but don't bother getting out (probably that they recognize? ll just scroll through their phone because they do not need to pay time for the customer). If we need help, we need to call someone. Super annoying. Store is absolutely dirty. If they don't have a pest problem, they'll probably be soon. The floor is visibly dirty. Toppings area is a total chaos (the employees do not disturb to wipe it off). Windows and doors are crushed and rough. External tables are coarse. Floor outside the tables is coarse (covered with the rest of yogurt spines). They force everyone to use a huge yogurt container and now apparently won?t even give you a reasonable size children cup when asked (they have kept at least some behind the counter and offer one if asked). Super wasted. They have also stacked a number of random boxes of supplies everywhere. Strange and unprofessional. Who's here? Look at everyone once in time and take some pride on your business. I will insist that we go somewhere when my child asks for Menchien.
