Bidra med feedbackI found all their vegan options on DoorDash, where their vegan shop is known as Vegan of India. Excellent flavors, honestly, this is the best Indian food I had in a long time, comparable to some of the delicious food I tried in India. Manchurian Gobi is a Chinese-inspired Indian dish and it tasted very similar to those I tried in India. Their Bainghan Bharta, Aloo Paratha and Basmati Rice were also all top notch! We also ordered a beautiful mango juice with this meal. Everything was excellent, we really enjoyed it!
We were recommended to visit this restaurant by an Indian family who claimed every Indian restaurant in the metro area tried. They weren't wrong. It was the best Indian food we ate here in Seattle in our 30 years. The flavors of all dishes were remarkable and clear. We ordered our meal for the trip and drove 20 minutes home and the food well. Very recommended! I would give 5 stars if Happy Cow allowed. Call if you use the online menu as you need a guide to what is vegan. They told us dozens of articles are or can be made vegan.
My husband and I just go here for our Indian food. There are many items on the buffet that are vegan. Owner kindly made me a separate saag when the Buffett had saag in the saag. The dishes are so wonderfully flavored and tasteful.
I love the food here. It is close to authentic Indian food the way a mother would make at home! The menu has marked vegan options. My favorite is the Grandma! Her lenses and potato beans are also delicious. Make sure you are vegan. The staff knows every ingredient in every article, so I feel pretty sure to order here.
I was staying overnight in the University District and was looking for a nice dinner, but since it was late on Veterans Day, many places were closed. I stumbled upon this restaurant as I have always been a fan of Indian food. The menu had a great selection, and the waiter provided helpful suggestions. I ordered the Samosa Chat and a Salty Lassi, both of which were delicious. The Samosa Chat had a mix of textures and flavors, with a sweet and hearty curry. The Lassi was rich and flavorful, probably the best I have ever tried. The prices were reasonable. The dining area was clean, although the bathroom was a bit damp. I noticed the dark back hall where the kitchen was located and wondered about its condition. The cook was friendly and helped clean up, giving me the opportunity to chat with him. The food was presented beautifully, and the atmosphere was casual and welcoming. This restaurant was perfect for me, and I would highly recommend it for a high quality meal.
