Izumi Ramen - Seattle

Loved the flavors in the Ramen! Friendly fast service and a comfortable atmosphere. The soda with lychee in it was very refreshing.

This was the worst ramen I've ever had. Did the pork taste like it was from a honey ham? What on earth? The hot tea was served in large glasses, so I guess I'll just let it cool down before picking it up. Mmm, cold tea... I did enjoy the floors, though; the large marble tiles are nice. That's the only reason this place gets a second star.

I placed an order online, but it seems no one was informed that the restaurant would be closed. My experience was terrible—0/10. I hope to receive a refund.

I absolutely love well-prepared ramen, and Izumi excels at it. I stopped by for lunch with a friend, and I was really impressed. I ordered the spicy Tonkotsu ramen, which was outstanding. The pork was incredibly tender, and the portion of ramen was generous. My friend and I exchanged glances and simultaneously exclaimed, "This is HOTTT!" followed by big smiles on both our faces. Our server was very friendly, and the restaurant, though new, was impeccably clean. I spotted a coworker at a nearby table and went over to see what she thought of her meal. She was enjoying the garlic ramen and gave it two thumbs up. I'm definitely going to try that next time. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

It's more like Dan dan noodle but I loved it!
