Habitant - Seattle

I have been to this Nordstrom location many times but now I have the time to write a review. The store offers many high-quality items and selections from many famous brands. You can go up or down by using either the escalators or elevators. The men restroom is in the M floor while women restroom is in other floors. The service is always great and consistent between stores, and they have a good vibe also. I highly recommend everyone to check it out when you go around Seattle Downtown

Great customer service! Sales person Chad measured my feet with their amazing machine and asked me what foot issues I was concerned about. He recommended which shoes and insoles to consider without being pushy. I had the best shoe store experience ever, took my spouse there the same day, and plan to be back for my next pair of shoes. Keep up the high quality service great job!

My wife and I were in the Seattle Flagship Store on Monday June 6, 2022 during our first visit to Seattle.We received the typical Nordstrom Customer Service, meaning super accommodating staff, finding what we were looking for, and great selection in Men’s Clothes. We got there near closing and never felt rushed. The staff person was very helpful in our plan to have our purchased items shipped as well.

Excellent customer service as always! Not their fault as Down town Seattle is sort of dilapidated, but I did notice this location is way more empty than what I remember...I hope this location livens up in the future.

Nordstrom was an exceptional experience today. I have to say with great emphasis on the fact I was not bombarded by sales reps and associates rather I was left to ponder blissfully amongst the latest trendy designs and fashion statement apparel in floral flora decisions that were all my own, and for that I am thankful.
