Bidra med feedbackServer was lovely, the Atmos was hip and modern for a steakhouse. But the food was awful, it was a 0/4 for me on the 4 dishes I tried.I 'm disappointed for the prices I paid vs. what I got. I won 't be back.In general, they tried too hard to be fancy and a lot of core flavors in a lot of dishes were missing because of that. Which is a shame since we can 't taste the quality ingredients.App: Burrata: Meh. Not worth the money imo. There is so much fruit and sauce that you can 't actually taste the prosciutto and Burrata... which is a shame because that 's why I ordered it.App: Sourdough: Meh Not warm but that 's ok, good bread texture. But they put lemon in the butter... it 's not good imo, especially for $14 when I wanted classic bread and butter.Main: Filet Mignon: Meh as well. Overcooked, burnt on top and the house butter that comes with it is so powerful and strong you can 't even taste the meat (sound familiar with the other dishes? Lol) there 's a theme here... that isn 't .y cup of tea.Main: 12oz 21dsy dry age Prime: My friend said the steak was a 3.5/5. The sauce was good the steak was just ok.Side: Pureed Potatoes: No. We both didn 't like this dish. Again, the nutmeg was wayyy to strong and overpowering.Dessert: Molten Chocolate Cake: it was OK. The Molten cake is dry, idk if that 's normal or not.
Ours was not an inexpensive meal, but it was delicious and festive. The food was cooked perfectly and as requested, dishes arrived in a well-timed order, and there is a well curated wine list. We had one non meat eater in the group and they loved their choice of a mushroom Bolognese. The remainder of the party had the NY steak, hanger steak and the venison. We shared the venison pate, tuna tartar, and the eggplant appetizers to start. Really really good. The atmosphere is relaxed but refined. The wait staff is attentive and knowledgeable. For those hard of hearing it will be a challenging spot because it tends toward the loud side with lots of hard surfaces. We'll definitely return.
Great setting. Good attentive service. Recommended good dishes. Every dish we had was excellent. Definitely recommend and will be back.
While the menu is quite interesting, execution needs improvement. Two of the three mains plus the dessert ordered were overdone (overcooked/over-baked). The prosciutto di parma dish was astoundingly bland, with the white peaches almost tasteless. The salad was under-dressed. Our server was excellent. Very professional and either quite experienced (he was young) or very well-trained. The restaurant was very loud. I think the acoustics of the place amplify noise. Overall, for the price, this dinner was a big letdown.
One of the best restaurants in Seattle, highly recommended.
