Bidra med feedbackAbsolutely amazing! Where do I start? It's my 4th time here in less than a month, so far I had tried their Bone Marrow, Carne Asada, Rib Eye and last night I had the Wagyu steak...Wowza! They were all so yummy and flavorful The guacamole is so fresh and the salsa bar is so good too. Their drinks are tasty, I had one margarita and I was feeling it... My next goal is to bring few more of my friends so we could order the 3lb cowboy steak, that's a lot of steak...lol The staff are super friendly and helpful, the ambiance in this place is outstanding. People are known to wait for an hour and half to get in...How do I know that? I was among 10 other couple that were waiting too I highly recommend this place. Give it a try, it never disappoints!
We were headed for Porkchop and Co. but couldn't find a parking spot. So, we went a little way down Leary and parked in front of Asadero. When we got out of the car, we were accosted by the most amazing barbecue, grilled meat scent! Aaaaaahhhhhhhh. Looking around, we saw the door open to a new restaurant, Asadero. After taking a peek at the menu, we sat down and after choosing between steak, steak, steak and steak, we chose steak. Seriously, different cuts of meat (we ended up trying two) but both with their own flavor and grilled to perfection. And the homemade flour tortillas? Don't even get me started, I could eat them for the rest of my life! Honestly the best I have ever tested. The best part was the service. Over the top conscientious, helpful, and amazing without being overbearing. Not only will we be back soon, we want everyone we know to go there to support this brand-new, delicious place!
First time at Asadero, our server was really helpful and attentive, you can't go wrong with anything steak on their menu!! When we went the wait times were pretty long however the food and drinks are totally worth the wait! also their Guacamole is a must its super good here!
This restaurant serves the best steak you can find. If you don't arrive by 4:30, be prepared to wait over an hour for a table. The small size of the place is a result of its popularity.
Whenever someone asks me where to eat in Seattle, I always recommend Asadero. It has been one of my favorite restaurants for years, and I'm grateful that they were able to survive the pandemic. You can't go wrong with their Mexican and steak options! The meat literally melts in your mouth. During our last visit a couple of weeks ago, I ordered my favorite dish, the PRIME TENDERLOIN CHILE COLORADO, but it was unexpectedly spicy. When I asked the waiter if they had changed the recipe, he was unsure as he had only been working there for a few months. Despite this hiccup, every other visit has been fantastic! While most people go for the steaks, I prefer to shake things up a bit. Don't get me wrong, the steaks are amazing! You can even just order a baked potato and drinks at the bar and leave feeling satisfied. Every bite is a flavor explosion! I highly recommend making reservations beforehand.
