Galaxy Rune - Seattle

In a galaxy nearby, nearby, you have Galaxy Rune, which serves some amazing vegan junk food that is good from this world. Back in July, my friend and I were thrilled to try their plant-based burgers and sides. I ordered her Mushroom Burger with one side of zets, her mushroom poppers and a cookie N Cream milkshake. Yeah, it was hard, but it was so damn good. Her homemade 'rune' burger was fantastic. I love it when restaurants create own burgers instead of relying on brands, and this was certainly up there in quality. The milkshake was also in the fire, as he really reminded me that McDonald's McFlurry I used to eat milk. It was a devilish memory that you really veganize most things and not compromise in taste or quality.

On their websites it is called “Please order online”. However, if you order online, “online order is not available”. so we gave them a call from which their voicemail states to check the website and instagram for updates. After we have already been through their website and have not received any precise answers, we review their Instagram where we find a post that says: “CLOSED for Summer Vacation. Again Aug 3..” so we give them a last call with our fingers crossed aaund nothing! so unfortunately, at this point, I have no idea what is going on and call an exit. Fantastic vegan comfort food. Love the burgers, patty melt and milkshakes.

I ordered the chicken club sandwich and one side of the home potatoes (Fries). I was surprised that the sandwich came with chicken teeth because a traditional club cut chickens. (I learned later that they use Rebelly Foods chicken. The Pommes looked more spicy than they tasted, but they were still good.

I absolutely love this place! Their burgers are fantastic and I'm in love with their BLT. Now, let's talk about the milkshakes. OMG, the millshakes are the best. The last one I had (cookies n cream) was the closest thing ro a Blizzard I have had since going vegan. Im so glad this place is still going strong and I have enjoyed watching them grow their business. Please go here and try their yummy food. Updated from previous review on 2020-02-14
