Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Searcy

I've always enjoyed a nice hot meal from Popeyes. It seems you have to double and triple check your order, make sure you ask for extra sauce because 1-2 packs of Louisiana Hot sauce doesn't quite cut it when it comes to a 3 piece Dinner. Overall this location is typically fresh and hot ??.. Prices are a little outta control. But definitely a great meal!

The worst service I've ever had in searcy. The person taking my order was ghetto and loud with a nasty attitude. I will never spend another dime there ...and the manager was just as bad I give it ZERO STARS!!!,,????

Went through the drive through today at 11 am The window person was rude . I like the food find this location to be clean and usually friendly…. Not today!!!!! I mentioned that the drive thru speaker was barely audible. Her reply was: I’ve never had that issue before. From that point on her customer service skills were non existent!

Had revrevived this place as 5 star? After 2/23/24 never again. Absolutely deplorable. 1) two combo meals [total 8 chicken tender, 2 biscuits, 2 sides, 2 drinks, 2 sauces $0.75 each] $26.34! 2) Both orders were supposed to mild? 5 piece was spicy 3) All eight chicken tenders were tough as nails, like they had been reheated multiple times. 4) my 10 year old niece can make better boxed Mac&Cheese than we got served. The M&C was dry~ literally looked like someone slapped a piece of sliced cheese on top of it. 5) the red beans and rice were very watered down. 6) pulled up to the window and sign says no $50 or $100 bills <your lucky I had enough small bills to pay~*Overall* the worst experience trying to get take out supper in YEARS! Last time I went it was around 8 pm. They didnt ask me if I wanted spicy they just threw some in and it made me sick. I have to make sure its not spicy ever!
