Bidra med feedbackGreat Bagels. Fantastic sandwiches. Highly recommend. A must.
Decided to try this place based on mostly positive reviews. It has parking on the street and a lot in the back which was mostly full. Inside, there was a line from the front door the the back door which is fine , most bagel places are busy at 10am so it took about 15 minutes to get my order. While waiting I saw someone complaining about how long it took and being skipped over, she was quite irate.I watched the girls cooking do a video(probably TikTok) of my sandwich and then call my name. I left and went to eat it and realized it was wrong and it had no bacon on a bacon, egg and cheese. So I had to go back and the girl wouldn’t turn to face me just said “ I’m listening”, and then told her coworker she was just going to put bacon on it. I asked them to remake it since it was cold at this point and I had to come back. This seemed to annoy her further. Which then I overheard her talking about the customers today. Maybe if you weren’t concerned with making videos you would have made the order correct. I didn’t even ask for a new iced coffee which was now watered down between waiting and coming back.Overall the sandwich was average , the bagel was nothing special and the customer service was horrible. Mistakes happen , but it’s the whole reason it happened and then how it was handled and their attitude that will make me not come back. The girl who took my order was nice and wrote down the order correctly though, so not her fault.
Bagel places on the south shore of Long Island are extremely popular breakfast venues and I’ve enjoyed this location for over a decade when visiting my son in Seaford. Going early helps the experience because it is less crowded and I feel that I get more or better attention to my order. The breakfast sandwiches and bagels are some of the best and there is decent parking around the location most of the time (weekends can be crowded), but I have had some orders for food come out wrong or lacking something when they are really busy or with an inattentive employee who is distracted by the noise or crowdedness. But when it is early enough not to be crowded and the order is just what you wanted, the breakfast experience is excellent, especially if you don’t get to Long Island very often and you are looking forward to treating yourself to a great bagel or egg sandwich.
Behind the counter, you see a team of friendly staff members diligently working to fulfill customers' orders. The display case showcases a wide variety of bagels, each one perfectly baked to a golden-brown crust. You can spot classic flavors like plain, sesame, and everything, along with an assortment of specialty options like cinnamon raisin, blueberry, and multigrain. The menu board offers an array of bagel sandwich options, making it difficult to choose just one. From classic combinations like lox and cream cheese to more adventurous options like turkey and avocado, there's something to satisfy every craving. You notice that they also offer a range of spreads, such as flavored cream cheeses, hummus, and butter, to complement your bagel of choice. The bakery also caters to those with dietary preferences or restrictions, as you notice a selection of gluten-free and vegan bagels. This inclusive approach ensures that everyone can enjoy the deliciousness Seaford Bagels has to offer.
Pretty good bagels. My favorite so far is the Everything Bagel, I really can't complain. I notice over the years they changed the bagels like to taste healthier but I think they are still good anyway.Thank you!
