I really enjoy both the exterior and interior ambiance of this restaurant. The food is tasty, offering straightforward diner fare. For my meal, I opted for takeout. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20. I would rate the atmosphere a solid 5 out of 5.

The food is excellent, and the service is outstanding; the staff is very accommodating! The diner is also handicapped accessible. I have been dining here for many years, usually visiting at least once a week, if not more. It's a fantastic value for your hard-earned money! I highly recommend Eastbay Diner! Parking: The parking lot is spacious, with designated handicapped spaces for easy access to the diner. Wheelchair accessibility: My husband used a wheelchair for many years, and this was a great place for us since access was smooth, and the owner and staff were incredibly accommodating. I can’t emphasize enough how kindly they treated my husband. While the exterior doors don’t open automatically, the staff were wonderful about holding the doors open for us, which is a big help for caregivers. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I visited today for breakfast with my family, and it was a terrible experience. When we were seated, the table had syrup left on it and wasn't clean. We ordered pancakes, eggs, and an omelet with cheese, but they forgot the eggs and cheese, and still charged us for it! The food was completely bland with no seasoning whatsoever; it was inedible. Our waitress was inattentive and spent more time on her phone than serving us. I highly recommend staying away from this restaurant. If I could give it NEGATIVE stars, I definitely would!
