Bidra med feedbackGreat place, great waffles. Second time I’d been here and brought friends this time. Everyone loved the waffles. Staff is friendly. Food is relatively quick even with line of 10 in front of us. Sit under the Oak tree and enjoy.
I have to write this in good conscience. Downtown Seabrook is quaint and wanted to support businesses there but these were by far worst waffles. I honestly hesitate to call them that. Reviews here are misleading. Waffles are dense, too sugary and syrup served in little plastic McDonald’s style containers made with corn syrup. The food is for children who don’t know what good food tastes like, just sugary dough.
Absolutely delicious waffles; I had one with hollandaise sauce on top and I wanted three more! My company had a 'Chicken Waffles ' and also wished he had ordered more. The outdoor seating area is so inviting with the lush trees and charming non corporate environment but unfortunately also obviously not tended to, as we had to clean it ourselves (leaves, dirt) and it should be ready for eaters as there is not much seating inside and the interior feels like an over crowded dorm room with quirky decor. The waffle itself is served in a paper carnival like bowl/plate ans flimsy plastic utensils which is rather unappealing and I think dishes could be afforded in light of their not so cheap menu prices yes, it is a delicious and unique waffle, but in comparison, an entire meal with sides and coffee would be had at say, Waffle House, for the same price as one waffle here. I would like to see this place survive, and would do well to attend to some important details.
Their chicken and waffles is awesome, and get the raspberry jalapeno preserves on the side with it. Friendly staff and they really make an effort to protect their customers during this Covid-19 crisis! Much appreciated! I tell my friends that this is a safe place to eat because in today's environment these places are tough to find!
Pricey and proud but good Have been wanting to try this place for weeks. It is closed on Sundays finnally had time on a Saturday. It is tasty. Cant complain My criticism. Is 1) darn expensive. $10 for a waffle is crazy 2) the waffle served with chicken should be warm. Serving a refrigerator cold waffle with hot chicken on top is odd 3) size. For $10 these are a bit smaller than you might find in day Brugge 4) the ice coffee is only sold with co fenced milk. It’s so sweet I had to get a glass of water and split theM Overall the waffles are VERy good next time I will get just a plain waffle. If they let me get it hot
