Tim Hortons - SE

Wanted to get my gf an iced coffee so she can stay awake during class. However, the women that served us messed up our order and gave her a hot coffee which SHE DIDNT WANT. My gf confronted her that she asked for an iced coffee and not a hot one. She gave us an attitude and put the blame on my gf. Additionally, my experiences with the staff working in BVC were not great. Service: Take out

The staff are rude and disrespectful. I've ordered but they didn't get me receipts and they didn't ask my name After waiting 30 min I asked for my order but the rude staff said I don't remember you and get out here. Finally she noticed that she's wrong and she didn't even say sorry,and when I said I'm gonna complain you she said ok go ahead.

Gave me wrong order! I double checked with the cashier yet the person making the food gave me something else. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Wow! At the Core location I ordered a medium steeped tea DD on Saturday, June 27, 2020 The lady came with a cup and said 'medium DD? ' I said yes. It was coffee so I took it back. I told her it was coffee and she said 'I know! You are the one who took it! ' 'Its double double! Not tea! She was angry with me. (Now I know that DD means coffee)I told the cashier that I would pay for the coffee too and she said no. I asked the lady if I could take the coffee and she said no. I told her that i said I will pay for it. She said 'I dont have time for this I 'm too busy No! ' (Not an exact quote) Wow! Maybe she is having a bad day but I think she needs to take a break and be a little nicer to customers who usually give 5 star ratings. Timmy 's usually has awesome customer service.

I am not sure what is happening with your location in Bow Valley Square on the main floor in Calgary, AB. Today, I went into this location and ordered a Chipotle chicken wrap, only be told they had ran out of lettuce, because they made 35 salads yesterday . Sure, I guess I will take my wrap without lettuce. How do you run out of lettuce? Run to a grocery store and pick some up if you are running low before your shipment. Poor management. It seems every time I go into this location they don 't have something, they have ran out of this, they have ran out of that. I have gone in many times an hour before closing to be told they are out of bacon, or out of crispy chicken etc. but lettuce? LETTUCE?! C 'mon! I work downtown on Sundays, and there are very few places one can get lunch, you think you can rely on a Tim Hortons, but this location is terrible!
