Tacotime - SE

This is my favorite Taco Time in Calgary there are a couple of good ones but I find this one the best. The staff always greets you in a friendly courteous manner. They always get my order right, as I get my burrito grilled instead of reheated in the microwave. It took a few tries to figure out how long to request it be put on the grill for but they happily do this without a problem and now I get an awesome grilled burrito with mexi fries. Friendly staff and great food ! Do stop here for your taco needs!!

This place use to be so good to eat at and lately we find it’s becoming more and more of a headache. The people behind the counter get our order wrong all the time because they don’t listen and are always in a rush to serve us meanwhile we are the only people in the place. The most disappointing of all is how dirty the tables and floor is as of lately 7 tables were disgusting and like I said we were the only people in there and no one came out to clean. So sad and sorry to say we will not be returning or recommending this taco time to anyone.

Just went through the drive thru and ordered what I usually get from taco time (jr beef burrito meal). He asks if I want hot sauce, I say no. I then ask for ketchup and he gives me hot sauce. I open my burrito and it’s fried(crispy) when it’s supposed to be a soft tortilla burrito. Please train your staff better. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
