Starbucks - Scranton

Forgot one of my drinks and then didn’t seem too worried about the delay…

Service here is terrible. My husband and I walk in and there are 5 people behind the counter and one guy says we will be right with you and we stand there while they are talking and joking. One girl putting on an apron looking around dor something to do. Another girl walked by and went in the back. Ever heard of customer service. I would understand if there were only a couple people and they were busy.

Coffee was midAs hell. I’d rather drink out of a puddle in the parking

So me and my dad were getting Starbucks in October. He asked for a pumpkin coffee and I asked for a vanilla bean crème. The wait was 20 minutes, or longer. Then my dad went over there and asked politely “do u guys know when the drinks will be ready?” Then they said in a few minutes and then he said thank you . But then I heard one of the workers saying It was like he was saying chop chop! Now let me remind u it was in a mean way. The other worker got my order very good. Let me remind you he did ask for creamer. But then he took a drink. It was a plain black coffee.

Absolutely love the vibe of the people working when I came in! I asked for an honest opinion on a drink and they gave it. I gave Brody (I believe his name was) my likes and told him to just make me something awesome, and man did he! This is one of my best starbucks visits since I've been back to Pennsylvania! Keep being awesome guys!
