Slocum Hollow - Scranton

The tomato bisque is phenomenal! The food is exceptional and the service is friendly.

Decent food. Decent service. When I went, they were totally slammed. Poor bartenders were running around like crazy. If you could push your way through the mob, you actually got served quickly. They did a great job!

Food was amazing, atmosphere was fun. Waitress was not that attentive but the next table had an amazing fun waiter so service will depend on the waiter assigned. Did not have fried pickles or rattlesnake bites which was dissapionting

A bit understaffed. But, the ones that were there were very pleasant and were hustling as fast as they could. Food was good, some unique dishes. Good drink selection.

Second time we have eaten here and sadly think we had the same server both times. We went to Montage to ski, our meal (2 people) took over 2 hours- we had the soup/ grilled cheese combo and a burger. While I understand the staff shortage right now in the food industry every other table was getting their food and had service, our server (multi color hair, heart glasses “to block the haters” in her words) went missing multiple times for 20+ minutes. When we were ready to leave she took our plates but never came back with the check; I asked 2 other servers to find her/ the check anything… no one could help. When she finally came back she didn’t say a word just took our payment. This place has good food, and fun vibe but this specific server could use some training.
