Mcdonald's - Scranton

They are very fast, The service was very good. Food was hot and fresh. I always give it the French Fry test and it passed with flying colors. Hot salty, and fresh. Thanks

There is a woman early in the morning that does drive thru, she is so amazing and so pleasant she literally brightens your whole day. You literally cannot drive away without a smile!

Good food, very clean. Only bad thing was 2 managers walk by me to go on break before cashier came to take my order

Well first off I don't understand why McDonald's even has a drive thru lane anymore as they constantly make you pull into a spot to bring you your food two double cheeseburgers and large fry even small orders and then I asked three people multiple times for ketchup. Then again asked the kid who brought my food out to me if there was ketchup in the bag to which he said yes I was on my motorcycle so I didn't double check and low and behold when I got home there was no darn ketchup.
