Henry's On Clay - Scranton

This is a great little place, delicious food, baked goods, coffee. Great service and atmosphere. Frequently stop at Henry's, definitely recommend!

My wife and I decided to try this place for Brunch. We entered and saw no request waiting to take place or please sign so that we waited on the line for the register. When we came to the counter, we were told that we were sitting. I told the woman at the counter that we would eat outside to make sure we were not overlooked. We took a table outside right next to a window so we were visible and waited. A few minutes later a few women sat at the table next to us, and shortly after that a server came out, went right past and began to wait for the women. He looked at us, but he didn't recognize us. Then we went back to get back in. A moment later, another employee came out and said she would bring us menus, but didn't go back in. After the degree of discouragement we left. I don't know why we were enlightened for an rude treatment, and I hate to make accusations that I can't prove, but it's worth pointing out that the two women who weren't ignored were white while my wife and I are an interracial couple. Feel free to draw your own conclusions from these facts.

Great atmosphere and good food! You have gluten-free bread that is actually good (not cardboard). You have interesting options that are different from the usual for this area. Very recommended!

My favorite place to get breakfast and sweets. Love there Menu! Everything is always excellent! The place reminds you of a NYC restaurant that is fantastic to see in our small town. The sweets are from this world!!! Not only are the owners extremely nice, but the staff always goes from there to make your culinary experience amazing. Very recommended!!!

The food is delicious. I recommend to order Falafel and Dutch Baby. You won?t regret it. Also, The staff is friendly.
